Talk to a human.

One address, answered by the person who builds DevPost. No ticket maze, no chatbot standing in the way.

Email

Write to legal@emadev.co. Product questions, bug reports, billing, security disclosures, and privacy requests all land in the same inbox and are read by the operator of the service. It is the only email address DevPost publishes — anything claiming to be DevPost support from another address is not us.

What to include

  • The email address on your DevPost account, so the workspace can be identified.
  • For a publishing problem: the platform, the connected account, and roughly when it happened.
  • For a billing question: the plan and the invoice or checkout reference.
  • For anything reproducible: what you did, what you expected, and what actually happened.

In public

Product news and release notes go out on the accounts below. They are good for a quick question or a feature idea; anything involving your account details belongs in email.

Postal address

For formal or legal notices, DevPost is operated by Emanuele Pavanello, Via Giuseppe Garibaldi 8, 10040 San Gillio (TO), Italy. Notices sent by post should also be emailed to legal@emadev.co so they are seen promptly.

Common questions

How do I get support?

Email legal@emadev.co. It is the single published address for DevPost and it reaches the person who operates the product. Include your account email and, for a publishing problem, the platform and the post involved.

Where do I report a bug?

Send it to legal@emadev.co with what you did, what happened, and roughly when. Delivery failures are recorded against the post, so the account, platform and timestamp are usually enough to find the exact attempt.

How do I report a security issue?

Email legal@emadev.co with the details and please do not disclose it publicly until it is fixed. Reports about account access, tokens or data exposure are handled before anything else.

How do I make a privacy request?

Email legal@emadev.co from the address on your account. The Privacy Policy sets out what data DevPost holds, the legal basis for it, and the rights you can exercise.

Can I cancel or delete my account?

Yes. Plans can be cancelled at any time from the billing portal, reachable under Manage billing on your account page. Account deletion can be requested by email; the Terms of Service describe what happens to your content afterwards.

Before you write

The MCP documentation covers connecting an agent client and how authentication, approvals and delivery status work. The pricing page explains the plans and the metered credit basket, and about describes what the product does and does not try to be.
